I’m a wife, mother of three, and a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a background in conventional medicine and a passion for holistic healing.
After earning my Master of Science in Nursing from Pace University in New York City, I spent several years working in fast-paced clinical settings.
Over time, I began to feel that something was missing.
That realization deepened when my oldest child developed a complex autoimmune condition. Her journey became a turning point for our entire family. We tried many approaches along the way, but HDCs became one of the most meaningful approaches we explored. Over time, we saw meaningful improvements. Fewer flare-ups, better tolerance to foods and environments, and a calmer, more balanced immune response. Watching her gradual progress completely changed how I understand the immune system, the microbiome, and the body’s innate capacity to heal.
That experience became the seed of Martinwell— a space built on the belief that families can take an active, confident role in their own health. Just as tending a garden or caring for a home requires consistency and understanding, so does building lasting wellness. My goal is to help others grow that same resilience and trust in their body’s capacity to heal — without feeling dependent on systems that overlook the individual.
Today, I support families and individuals using gentle, practical methods that encourage the body to restore balance and strengthen its natural defenses.
